The Dashboard Application provides a consolidated view of business status and performance using summarized metrics and reports. It is intended for users who need at-a-glance visibility into outcomes and trends, with the ability to switch between high-level perspectives using Tabs.

What This Application Covers

This Application covers business performance monitoring, reporting, and goal tracking. It surfaces summarized Outputs that help you review financial and operational signals across the Application, with emphasis on period-based analysis and ongoing progress monitoring.

Main Functional Areas

• Business Overview Tab — Provides a high-level snapshot of current performance and activity using summarized metrics. It is designed for monitoring and periodic review rather than detailed record management. See Business Overview.

• Reports Tab — Centralizes access to business reports and their Outputs for review and analysis. It supports using report results as an input to decision-making and operational follow-up. See Reports.

• Goals & KPIs Tab — Supports tracking progress toward defined targets using key performance indicators. It provides a structured view of goal status over time. See Goals & KPIs.

• Budget Targets Tab — Supports viewing targets and comparisons for budget-focused monitoring. It helps relate planned targets to observed outcomes at a summary level. See Budget Targets.

• Business Plan Tab — Supports tracking strategic initiatives and progress in the context of broader business planning. It is intended for reviewing plan status and alignment with outcomes rather than day-to-day execution details. See Business Plan.
