CoreXUpload Print

CoreXUpload Print lets print businesses accept customer artwork on product pages, configure print options, calculate pricing, and add the configured work to the store’s cart and checkout flow.

What CoreXUpload Print does

On a supported product page, a customer can:

  1. Upload an image or file
  2. Review file details and any print restrictions
  3. Choose print media, size, and related options
  4. See a calculated price based on your configured rules
  5. Add the configured item to the host commerce platform’s cart
  6. Complete checkout and payment through that platform

CoreXUpload Print handles the upload and configuration experience. Order creation, payment, tax, shipping, and refunds remain with the commerce platform.

File checking, storage, and preparation

Before checkout, Upload Print validates resolution, print size, and fit against the customer’s configuration. Accepted formats include JPEG, PNG, and TIFF (device upload only). Files are stored on your server or CoreXBiz Cloud and stay linked to the order after payment.

Paid orders can enter Print File Preparation with configurable presets, scheduled or manual processing, and queue states (Ready, Awaiting, Needs Review, Failed). Full preparation and production automation requires CoreXBiz Core.

See File Uploads & Storage and File Preparation & Production.

Current platform support

PlatformStatus
WooCommerceAvailable — upload, cart, checkout, and paid purchase conversion tracking
ShopifyIn development — planned platform adapter
WixIn development — planned platform adapter

Purchase conversion and attribution tracking described in this documentation apply to WooCommerce only today. Shopify and Wix adapters are planned; do not assume the same analytics behaviour is available on those platforms yet.

Commerce authority

After a customer adds a configured Upload Print item to the cart, the host commerce platform is authoritative for everything that follows.

For WooCommerce, that includes:

  • Products and order line items
  • Quantity
  • Coupons and discounts applied at checkout
  • Tax
  • Shipping
  • Payment and order status
  • Refunds

CoreXUpload Print calculates and quotes print options before add-to-cart. Once the item is in the Woo cart, WooCommerce owns the final order economics. CoreXBiz does not maintain a parallel commerce calculation on the order.

This matters when you apply Woo coupons or store-wide discounts on top of Upload Print pricing: the paid order totals and reported conversion value follow Woo’s final numbers.

Analytics overview

WooCommerce merchants can report confirmed paid Upload Print purchases through their existing analytics setup (for example Google Tag Manager, GA4, or a custom listener).

CoreXUpload Print does not replace your analytics tools. It exposes a standard purchase event after Woo marks the order paid, using Woo’s order data and WooCommerce Order Attribution where available.

See Analytics & Conversion Tracking for revenue definitions, event shape, and verification steps.
