What is CoreXBiz?
CoreXBiz is a modular business operations platform for businesses where a sale creates real work — quoting, production, team assignments, customer communication, purchasing, fulfilment, and financial records.
It is built so those activities stay connected in one system, instead of being scattered across separate tools.
Overview
CoreXBiz serves make-to-order, custom-work, and service-driven businesses. The common pattern is operational complexity after the sale: an order or approved estimate starts a chain of work that must be priced, assigned, tracked, communicated, and recorded.
CoreXBiz is not a WordPress plugin shop, a generic project-management tool, or a traditional ERP. WordPress and WooCommerce are a current online deployment path for some products — not the definition of the company, and not the only way sales enter the platform.
How sales and orders enter
CoreXBiz does not begin with WooCommerce or online sales alone. CoreXBiz Core includes lightweight POS and sales capabilities so businesses can create quotes, invoices, in-store sales, and staff-entered orders.
Sales and orders may originate through:
- CoreXBiz’s built-in lightweight POS (Sales POS / Sales dashboard)
- In-person or offline sales recorded in CoreXBiz
- Staff-created orders, quotes, and invoices
- Phone or email requests entered by the team (manual entry)
- Online stores, including WooCommerce (when connected)
- Specialized online ordering through CoreXUpload Print
CoreXBiz connects sales and orders from every channel — in store through its built-in lightweight POS, through staff-created quotes, invoices, and orders, from phone or email requests, and online through channels such as WooCommerce — with the operational work that follows.
Different order types may follow different operational, fulfilment, or production pipelines while staying connected to customers, jobs, purchasing, expenses, and financial activity.
Who it is for
CoreXBiz fits businesses where the transaction is only the beginning, including:
- Print and custom-production shops
- Fabricators, signage, and apparel operations
- Trades and service businesses with job-based work
- Photography, events, catering, and similar custom-delivery operations
It is designed for lean teams through multi-department organizations that need operational structure without enterprise ERP overhead.
What it includes
The platform connects operational areas such as:
- Sales and order entry — lightweight POS, quotes, invoices, staff-entered orders, connected online channels
- Quoting, estimating, and pricing
- Product and job definitions
- Tasks, workspaces, and team execution
- Customer communication
- Suppliers and purchasing
- Accounting and financial records tied to real jobs
- Scheduling and workflow visibility
Specialized solutions in the ecosystem include CoreXUpload Print (upload-to-order for print businesses — primarily WooCommerce today) and CoreXPrice Calculator (structured pricing and quoting). Both currently integrate with WooCommerce; additional platform connectors are planned.
Core principles
- Platform first — software identity before any single integration
- Multiple sales pipelines — online and offline entry into one connected system
- Connected operations — modules share the same job and customer context
- Capability honesty — describe what ships today; mark the rest as planned or in development
- Data ownership — when deployed with WooCommerce, business data stays under the merchant’s control
- Practical AI — AI assists specific workflows where it exists; it does not replace human operations
