Goals & KPIs

Overview

The Goals & KPIs Tab is a Tool within the Dashboard Application for tracking progress toward targets using key performance indicators. It provides summarized Outputs that help you evaluate whether performance is aligned with expectations.

When to Use This Tool

• When you need to review progress toward business targets during regular check-ins
• When you want a structured view of performance signals tied to defined goals
• When you need to identify gaps that require follow-up in other Applications

What You Can Do in This Tab

• Review summarized Outputs that relate performance to goals over a period
• Monitor whether progress is on track, behind, or ahead relative to targets

How This Tab Fits in the Application

The Goals & KPIs Tab supports the Dashboard Application by translating underlying business activity into goal-oriented summaries. It complements Business Overview (monitoring) and Reports (analysis) by focusing on target alignment, while depending on data recorded across other Applications.
